RULES OF PARTICIPATION in ASHA for Women Virtual Events
All participants in ASHA for Women virtual events must fully adhere to the following:
- Always be respectful of others.
- Must not discuss religion or politics.
- No foul or inappropriate language should be used. Such language will not be tolerated, and the participant will be barred from future sessions.
- Each participant must register individually: Zoom links are not to be shared.
Any participant who deviates from the rules will be barred from the current session and sent a warning via email. If the behavior in subsequent sessions too is found offensive or inappropriate, the moderator has the authority to bar the individual from all future virtual events of ASHA for Women.
Virtual events hosted by ASHA for Women are for recreational purposes only to serve the needs of senior members of the South Asian community. Please note that opinions expressed by participants in these Zoom sessions are their own and do not reflect the views of ASHA Board members, staff, volunteers, or third-party service providers including legal, medical or social services organizations it may identify during these virtual sessions.
ASHA for Women does not accept any liability for injury, loss or personal offence that may result from participating in these sessions.
