ASHA for Women TRAINING SCHEDULE 2018

Welcome volunteers! We are excited to launch a year-long schedule of training that will induct many of you into our work philosophy and programs.

We look forward to interacting with you and getting your support. Select your date and register with volunteercoordinator@ashaforwomen.org

 

OUTREACH TRAINING 

Volunteers who have signed up to assist the organization in its outreach efforts are required to attend the training.

This training will help volunteers understand the importance of outreach, how to answer questions and concerns on domestic violence and the clients we serve. Volunteers will be provided with resources to assist during outreach events.

Time: 11 AM to 1 PM


VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION

The Orientation is mandatory for all new volunteers. 

This Orientation will give the volunteers an overview of the history of the organization , the work ASHA does, the clients we serve, partnering opportunities with other area organizations, policies relevant to volunteering etc.
